The system uses a vacuum belt to transport the label from the printer to the product, synchronizing with the speed of the conveyor belt. This ensures precise label application, with positioning accuracy up to ±0.5 mm, even on lightweight or small packages.
Flexible label size compatibility
The applicator supports various label sizes, handling formats from 30x30 mm up to 118x150 mm, thanks to integrated, independently controlled vacuum ejectors.
Easy integration and simplified maintenance
The system is designed for plug-and-play integration, with standardized mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic interfaces. It can also be mounted on a pneumatic stand with rotation function, making label roll changes easier and improving operator ergonomics.
