Tactile Apply technology for precise application
The QuickTamp system uses Tactile Apply technology, which detects the presence of the product and applies the label with precision, even on packages of varying heights. A stepper motor controlled by an encoder and a carbon fiber rod with a 3D applicator pad ensure fast and precise movements, automatically adjusting to height variations of up to 1 meter and line speeds of up to 80 m/min.Safety and reliability
QuickTamp is equipped with sensors that continuously monitor the application process, immediately stopping the operation in case of obstacles or anomalies.
