The Evolabel Wipe90 G2 applicator is designed to apply labels on one or two adjacent sides of packages, offering a flexible and safe solution for automatic labelling in industrial and logistics environments.
Thanks to its rotating arm, controlled by a stepper motor and tactile sensors, the Wipe90 G2 ensures precise label application, even on lightweight or irregularly shaped products.

Application flexibility
The Wipe90 G2 is ideal for various labelling configurations:
- Labelling on one or two adjacent sides
- Front, back, side, or top applications
- Corner wrap labelling
Safety and reliability
The lightweight applicator arm, made of 3D-printed carbon fiber, is equipped with tactile sensors that detect the presence of the product and any obstacles, ensuring safe operation and reducing operator risk. The system is designed for easy integration with Evolabel printers and can be mounted on either side of the production line.
The Wipe90 G2 is available with arms in various lengths (200, 250, 300, and 400 mm) to meet specific labelling requirements.

- Application speed: up to 80 labels per minute (depending on size and configuration)

- Air supply: 6 bar, clean and dry
- Communication: EXT 1 (RS-232)
