Labeling on multiple sides without interruptions
Thanks to Free Motion Apply technology, the FlexWipe can apply labels to two adjacent sides (front + side or back + side) in just 12 seconds, including the verification of all barcodes on the GS1 SSCC label. The system is capable of labeling all three sides of the pallet without stopping the movement, unless a control scan is required.Advanced safety for the operator
The Tactile applicator arm, driven by stepper motors, stops immediately when obstacles are detected, triggering an alarm. The pivoting frame allows the system to rotate, avoiding collisions with moving pallets and eliminating the need for costly and bulky safety barriers.- Incomplete pallet detection: dedicated sensor for automatic labeling of partial pallets.
